北海道で採れた黒曜石、十勝石です。

十勝石の中でも、赤みがかった色のものは、
紅十勝石や花十勝石と呼ばれていて大変希少で
価値の高いものです。

こちらは一面を磨かれたもので、原石の状態と鏡面の状態を楽しめる水石です。

加工して勾玉や数珠珠としても美しいです。

風水において黒曜石（オブシディアン）は、強力な「魔除け」と「浄化」の力を持ち、悪い気を遠ざけて良い気を引き寄せる石とされています。火山岩の一種であり、その漆黒の輝きから「真実を見抜く」力があるとも信じられています。

This is Tokachi-ishi, a type of obsidian found in Hokkaido, Japan.
Among Tokachi-ishi, those with reddish hues are called "Beni-Tokachi" or "Hana-Tokachi." They are extremely rare and highly valued.
This particular piece has been polished on one side, allowing you to enjoy the contrast between its raw, natural state and its mirror-like finish as a "Suiseki" (viewing stone).

In Feng Shui, obsidian is believed to possess powerful "warding" and "purifying" properties, acting as a shield against negative energy while attracting good fortune. As a type of volcanic glass, its deep jet-black luster is also said to grant the power to see through to the truth.
